Job Description
One Vision Maritime (OVM) is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals to join its Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) fleet operating on international trading routes.
The company is seeking qualified officers, engineers, ratings, and catering personnel to support safe navigation, cargo operations, engine room management, vessel maintenance, and onboard hospitality while maintaining full compliance with international maritime safety standards.

Deck Department
- Master — USD 14,500–16,000
- Chief Officer — USD 10,000–12,500
- Second Officer — USD 5,000–6,000
- Third Officer — USD 4,000–4,600
- Able Seaman (AB) — USD 2,800–3,500
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer — USD 14,500–16,000
- Second Engineer — USD 10,000–12,500
- Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) — USD 7,000–8,000
- Third Engineer — USD 5,000–6,000
- Fourth Engineer — USD 4,000–4,600
- Motorman — USD 2,800–3,500
Catering Department
- Chief Cook — USD 2,800–3,000
Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank onboard VLCC vessels
- Support safe navigation, cargo handling, and engine room operations
- Carry out maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing
- Ensure compliance with ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, and company procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety programs
- Maintain operational readiness and efficient teamwork within a multinational crew
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied rank is required
- Previous VLCC or Oil Tanker experience is highly preferred
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (for officer and engineer positions)
- Valid Passport
- Valid Seaman's Book
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Required Nationalities: Latvian, Ukrainian, Indonesian, or Romanian
