Job Description:
BSM Crew Service Centre Philippines, Inc. is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers for VLGC (Very Large Gas Carrier) and LPG vessels. Immediate deployment opportunities are available for experienced maritime professionals.
Candidates must hold the appropriate certificates and qualifications for their respective positions. Selected positions specifically require a valid US Visa.
VLGC Vessel – Open Positions:
- Chief Engineer (CE) – 3 positions
- 2nd Engineer (2E) with US Visa – 1 position
- 3rd Engineer (3E) – 1 position
- 4th Engineer (4E) – 3 positions
- Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) – 1 position
- ETO with US Visa – 1 position
- Gas Engineer (GENG) – 2 positions
- Ordinary Seaman (OS) – 1 position
- Wiper (WPR) – 1 position
LPG Vessel – Open Positions:
- Master – 1 position
- Chief Officer (CO) – 2 positions
- 2nd Officer (2O) – 5 positions
- 3rd Officer (3O) – 5 positions
- Chief Engineer (CE) – 3 positions
- 2nd Engineer (2E) with US Visa – 1 position
- 3rd Engineer (3E) – 2 position
- 4th Engineer (4E) – 2 positions
- Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) – 2 position
- Donkeyman - 1 position
- Able Seaman (AB) – 3 positions
- Ordinary Seaman (OS) – 1 position
- Ordinary Seaman with US Visa – 1 position
- Fitter – 2 position
- Motorman – 2 position
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing duties according to the assigned rank and vessel type.
- Ensuring safe and efficient vessel, cargo, deck, or engine room operations.
- Maintaining and operating machinery, navigation equipment, cargo systems, or other equipment according to the position.
- Following company procedures, international maritime regulations, and onboard safety requirements.
- Participating in emergency drills, maintenance activities, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW Certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC), where applicable.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Relevant experience in the same rank and vessel type.
- Valid gas tanker / LPG / VLGC qualifications and certificates, where applicable.
- Valid US Visa is mandatory for positions specifically marked “with US Visa.”
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a professional maritime environment.
