Open Positions for Panamax Bulk/Livestock/General Cargo Vessels

Job Description:

Jebsen PTC Maritime, Inc. is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers for September–October 2026 crew placements across various vessel types, including  Bulk Panamax, Livestock, and General Cargo vessels.

Candidates with previous experience on the relevant vessel type are preferred. Several positions require specific experience or valid visas, including USA and Schengen visas.

Positions Available:

Livestock / General Cargo:

• Chief Engineer — Livestock experience with valid USA & Schengen visas 
• 2nd Officer
• Fitter
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) with USA Visa
• Able Seaman (AB)
• Wiper with USA Visa
• Oiler with USA Visa

Bulk Panamax:

• Master
• Chief Officer
• Chief Engineer
• 2nd Engineer
• ETO — URGENT
• 4th Engineer
• Fitter
• Chief Cook 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate
•  Relevant Certificate of Competency / professional certification where applicable 
•  Previous experience in the same rank and relevant vessel type
• International vessel type experience preferred
•  Good English communication skills 
•  Valid seafarer documentation and passport 
• USA Visa: required for positions specifically indicated above 
• USA & Schengen Visa: required for the Chief Engineer – Livestock position 
• Tug / Multicat experience: required for the Master position 
•  Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew 
•  Ready to join according to the company's schedule
