Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Carrying out navigation, engineering, maintenance, cargo handling, or catering duties according to assigned rank.
Maintaining compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company safety procedures.
Participating in preventive maintenance, emergency drills, inspections, and daily vessel operations.
Ensuring safe cargo operations, machinery performance, and vessel maintenance.
Working effectively within a multinational crew while maintaining high professional standards.
Requirements
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to the position (where applicable)
Previous experience in the same rank on container vessels or similar merchant vessels is preferred
Valid passport and seaman's book
