Job Description:
Ventis Maritime Corp. is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced maritime personnel for container vessel positions. The vacancies cover both deck and engine departments, as well as catering.
The employer is seeking crew members with valid maritime qualifications and relevant vessel experience. For the Chief Cook position, experience preparing Japanese, Indian, and Eastern European cuisine is specifically required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and rank, duties may include but are not limited to:
Safely operate, maintain, and monitor vessel machinery and deck equipment.
Perform navigational, watchkeeping, cargo, and deck operations according to assigned rank.
Carry out engine-room maintenance, repairs, inspections, and machinery monitoring.
Maintain deck areas, equipment, safety appliances, and assist with cargo operations.
Prepare meals and maintain high catering and hygiene standards onboard.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Valid Seaman's Book and relevant professional documents.
Proven experience in the same or similar rank, preferably onboard container vessels.
Good English communication skills.
Chief Cook: experience in Japanese, Indian, and Eastern European cuisine.
Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a multicultural crew.
Good physical fitness and strong safety awareness.
