MTM Crew Management Philippines Inc. is urgently hiring qualified seafarers to join Handysize Bulk Carriers and Oil/Chemical Tankers. Candidates with valid US Visa are preferred. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient operation of vessel systems and assigned duties
• Compliance with international maritime safety and operational standards
• Team collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations onboard
• Regular reporting and communication with senior officers
• Maintaining equipment and assisting with cargo/rig operations where applicable
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Preferably with valid US Visa
• Relevant experience in position and vessel type
