Job Description
Dese Crew Management is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join Bulk Carrier, Chemical/Oil Tanker, Crude Oil Tanker, and Cement Carrier vessels operating on international routes.
Successful candidates will support vessel navigation, cargo operations, engine room management, machinery maintenance, deck operations, electrical systems, and catering services while ensuring full compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE policies.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced officers, engineers, ratings, technical personnel, and catering crew with previous experience on the same vessel type.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe vessel operations
- Perform navigational, engine room, and deck duties according to rank
- Conduct cargo loading, discharge, and maintenance operations
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and electrical systems
- Perform welding, machinery, and deck maintenance when required
- Prepare meals and maintain galley hygiene standards where applicable
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with STCW requirements, ISM Code, MARPOL, and company HSE procedures
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- All certificates and documents must remain valid for at least 18 months
- Minimum 2 completed contracts on the same vessel type
- Good English communication skills
- Professional attitude and strong teamwork abilities
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Schengen Visa required for designated Bulk Carrier positions
- Strong safety awareness and physically fit for sea service
