Job Description:
A reputable maritime company is currently seeking aspiring cadets and trainees to join its Domestic Vessel Apprenticeship Program onboard RoRo Cargo and Container vessels operating on domestic routes throughout the Philippines. This program is designed to provide practical onboard experience and sea service for maritime students and graduates looking to build their careers in the shipping industry.
The fleet consists of vessels ranging from 500 to 20,865 GRT with engine power from 750 kW to 13,579 kW. Successful candidates will gain hands-on training under experienced officers and crew while working in a professional maritime environment. Free meals and PPE coveralls are provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting officers and senior crew members in daily vessel operations
• Participating in navigational, cargo handling, engine room, or hotel service activities according to assigned department
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational standards onboard
• Following company procedures, ISM requirements, and safety regulations
• Completing onboard training records and gaining practical sea service experience
