Need Set Crew for VLCC Vessel

Job Description:

PT Savana Charta Indonesia is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join a VLCC (Very Large Crude Carrier) vessel.

The company is seeking professional crew members with proven experience in the same rank and vessel type. Candidates should be able to work effectively with a mixed-nationality crew and demonstrate strong English communication skills.

The vessel requires crew members for both deck and engine departments, with joining ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Performing duties according to the assigned rank and department. 
•  Supporting safe and efficient VLCC vessel operations. 
•  Carrying out navigation, cargo, deck, engine room, maintenance, or catering duties as applicable to the position. 
•  Maintaining compliance with company procedures, STCW requirements, and onboard safety regulations. 
•  Working effectively as part of a mixed-nationality crew and participating in emergency drills and safety activities. 

Requirements:

•  Fluent English communication skills. 
•  Valid STCW Certificates. 
•  Valid BOCT, ACT, and AOT certificates. 
•  Valid COC and COP in accordance with STCW 2010, with a minimum validity of 18 months. 
•  Minimum 1 year of experience in the same rank and vessel type. 
•  Experience working with a mixed-nationality crew. 
•  Previous experience on vessels up to 50,000 GRT. 
•  Completed COVID-19 vaccination. 
•  Valid Medical Fitness Certificate. 
•  Valid Passport and Seaman's Book. 

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: As per company policy. 
• Salary: USD 650–5,500 per month, depending on rank.
