Job Description
Pan Marine Shipping Services is currently seeking experienced Ratings to join its clients' Tanker Fleet with immediate joining.
Successful candidates will support safe tanker operations, cargo handling, engine room activities, deck maintenance, machinery operations, and onboard catering while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE policies.
This opportunity is ideal for qualified ratings with previous tanker vessel experience who are available to join immediately.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe tanker operations during voyages and port calls
- Perform deck, cargo, mooring, and maintenance duties according to rank
- Assist with engine room operations and machinery maintenance
- Operate pumps, engine room equipment, and auxiliary machinery where applicable
- Prepare meals and maintain galley hygiene standards (Catering Department)
- Maintain accommodation and housekeeping services (Messman/Steward)
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE policies
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience onboard Tanker vessels
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Relevant Certificates of Proficiency (COP) for the applied rank where applicable
- Ready for immediate joining
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
