Job Description

TNC Manajemen Maritim is recruiting qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join a Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) vessel, with joining arranged in Oman for maintenance operations.

The company is seeking experienced deck officers, marine engineers, ratings, and catering crew members. Candidates must have relevant experience on the same type of vessel and hold all required certificates and documents.

Open Positions and Monthly Salaries

Deck Department

• Master — USD 13,500/month
• Chief Officer (CO) — USD 10,000/month
• Second Officer (2/O) — USD 5,000/month
• Third Officer (3/O) — USD 4,000/month
• Bosun — USD 2,800/month
• Able Seaman (AB) — 3 positions, USD 2,500/month each
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) — USD 1,800/month

Engine Department

• Chief Engineer (CE) — USD 13,500/month
• Second Engineer (2/E) — USD 10,000/month
• Third Engineer (3/E) — USD 5,000/month
• Fourth Engineer (4/E) — USD 4,000/month
• Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) — USD 7,000/month
• Fitter — USD 2,800/month
• Oiler — 2 positions, USD 2,500/month each
• Wiper — USD 1,800/month

Catering Department

• Chief Cook — USD 2,500/month
• Messman — USD 1,800/month

Job Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to the assigned rank and company procedures
• Support safe and efficient vessel operations during maintenance activities
• Maintain deck equipment, machinery, and technical systems as applicable to the position
• Follow onboard safety procedures and company HSE requirements
• Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records where required
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure safe and effective teamwork
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and catering standards for galley personnel

Requirements

• Good English communication skills
• Previous experience on the same type of vessel (VLCC) is mandatory
• All certificates must be valid for a minimum of 12 months
• Candidates must hold all certificates required for their respective positions
• Valid passport, seaman's book, medical certificate, and other required documents
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew
