Polembros Seafarer Recruitment is hiring qualified, experienced, and dedicated seafarers to join a newly built tanker vessel scheduled for delivery in October 2026.
The recruitment campaign covers positions across the deck, engine, and catering departments. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced maritime professionals to join a newly built vessel and become part of a professional international crew.
Successful candidates will be expected to perform their duties in accordance with company procedures, vessel safety requirements, and applicable international maritime regulations.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Performing assigned duties according to rank and department onboard the tanker vessel.
Supporting safe and efficient vessel operations, maintenance, cargo-related activities, and daily onboard operations.
Maintaining assigned equipment, machinery, deck areas, engine room spaces, and accommodation areas.
Complying with company safety, environmental, security, and emergency procedures.
Maintaining effective communication and cooperation with officers and crew members.
Relevant maritime experience in the applied position.
Previous tanker vessel experience, where applicable to the position.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid seafarer and travel documents.
Relevant licenses, certificates, and qualifications required for the applied rank.
Good English communication skills.
Professional attitude and ability to work effectively as part of an international crew.
