Hiring for Oil / Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description:

Sea Gate Navigation Corp. is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals to join Oil/Chemical Tanker vessels.

The company is seeking qualified personnel for positions within the Deck and Engine Departments. Candidates should have relevant experience in their respective positions and hold valid maritime certificates and documents required for tanker operations.

Available Positions:

Deck Department:

• Pumpman 
• OS

Engine Department:

• Fitter 
• Oiler 

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform all duties associated with the assigned rank safely and efficiently onboard the Oil/Chemical Tanker.
• Support cargo, deck, pumping, engine-room, maintenance, and vessel operations as applicable.
• Follow company procedures, vessel safety management systems, and applicable tanker safety regulations.
• Participate in safety drills, emergency response procedures, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain professional standards, good housekeeping, and safe working conditions onboard.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the position applied for.
• Previous Oil/Chemical Tanker experience is preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Valid Seaman’s Book.
• Valid professional certificates and licenses required for the assigned position.
• Good English communication skills.
• Candidates must meet all applicable company and vessel requirements.
