Job Description
PACC Shipping Philippines Inc. is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers for deployment onboard MPV/General Cargo Vessels, Bulk Carriers, and Tankers operating on international routes.
Selected candidates will be responsible for navigation, cargo operations, engine room management, vessel maintenance, deck operations, and onboard catering services while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for seafarers with previous experience in the same rank and vessel type who are seeking long-term employment with reputable vessel operators.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform navigation and watchkeeping duties
- Support cargo loading, unloading, and cargo care operations
- Maintain engine room machinery and vessel equipment
- Carry out deck maintenance, mooring, and safety procedures
- Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- Support vessel operational readiness and maintenance programs
- Maintain compliance with ISM, STCW, MARPOL, and company procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and safety programs
- Support catering and accommodation services where applicable
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of sea service in the same rank and vessel type
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) where applicable
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in multinational crews
- All documents must be valid and up to date
