Job Description:
Omikron Crew Management, on behalf of one of our long-term principals, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced seafarers to join their expanding fleet of Panamax and Capesize vessels. We are seeking competent marine professionals to fill several senior and junior deck and engine department positions for November and December 2025 embarkation.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company standards, duties will include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient operation of the vessel and assigned department
• Compliance with international maritime and company safety standards
• Supervision and training of subordinate crew
• Accurate maintenance of logs, reports, and navigational or engineering records
• Coordination with shore management and technical teams

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certification and seaman’s documents
• Medical fitness certificate (valid for at least 6 months)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience:
– Minimum 24 months in rank for Master, Chief Engineer, Chief Officer, Second Engineer, or ETO
– Minimum 18 months in rank for Junior Officers (2/O, 3/O, 3/E)
• Previous experience on Panamax or Capesize vessels is mandatory
• Availability for joining during November–December 2025
