A shipping company is urgently hiring qualified and experienced crew for Heavy Lift vessel operations. The vessel is engaged in project and heavy cargo transportation, requiring personnel familiar with heavy lift operations, cargo securing, and strict safety procedures. Candidates must be capable of working efficiently under demanding operational conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and cargo handling during heavy lift operations
• Cargo securing, lashing, and project cargo support
• Compliance with ISM, ISPS, and MARPOL regulations
• Maintenance of deck, engine room, and welding works as applicable
• Participation in drills, inspections, and safety meetings

Requirements:
• Relevant experience on Heavy Lift or Project Cargo vessels preferred
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to rank
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid travel documents
