Job Description:
Synergy Group is recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join General Cargo Vessels. The current requirement includes positions for the deck and engine departments. An active US Visa is specifically required for Fitter positions.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform duties according to the assigned rank and department.
Support safe cargo operations, deck activities, and engine-room operations as applicable.
Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Follow onboard safety procedures, company policies, and international maritime regulations.
Cooperate with the vessel's crew to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
Valid COC/COP and relevant endorsements where applicable.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
Relevant experience on General Cargo Vessels.
Good English communication skills.
Fitter applicants must hold a valid US Visa.
Candidates must meet all applicable flag-state and company requirements.
