Job Description:
PT Savana Charta Indonesia is currently recruiting experienced and entry-level crew to join Gas Tanker vessels.
Selected candidates will be involved in deck and engine room operations, routine maintenance, mechanical works, and general vessel support in compliance with company procedures, HSE policies, and international maritime safety standards.
These positions are suitable for seafarers with offshore or vessel experience who are safety-focused and capable of working effectively in a team-oriented offshore environment.
• Able Seaman (AB) – 6 positions | USD 1,650
• Oiler – 3 positions | USD 1,650
• Bosun – 3 positions | USD 2,000
• Fitter – 3 positions | USD 2,000
• Motorman (MSM) – 3 positions | USD 1,150
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) – 3 positions | USD 1,150
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting deck operations, cargo handling, and mooring activities
• Engine room watchkeeping and assistance with machinery operation
• Mechanical maintenance, fitting, and repair works
• Supervision of deck crew and daily task coordination (Bosun)
• Routine vessel maintenance and housekeeping
• Compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and environmental standards
• Effective teamwork and communication onboard
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Previous offshore or vessel experience (rank-dependent)
• Good safety awareness and discipline
• Ability to work in a multicultural crew environment
