Job Description:

PT Menara Suar Maritim is urgently recruiting experienced Indonesian seafarers to join a Bulk Carrier of approximately 33,054 GT.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same rank and on the same type of vessel. All travelling documents must be valid for at least 12 months, while relevant CoC/CoP certificates must be valid for at least 18 months.

Positions Available:

Deck Department

• Bosun – 2 positions 
• Able Seaman (AB) – 3 positions 
• Oiler – 3 positions 
• OS – 2 positions 
• Messman

Engine Department

• Fitter Engine

Catering Department

• Cook

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Carrying out duties according to the assigned rank and department. 
•  Supporting safe and efficient bulk carrier operations. 
•  Performing routine maintenance, housekeeping, and operational tasks. 
•  Following onboard safety procedures and company policies. 
•  Maintaining vessel equipment and work areas in good operational condition. 
•  Cooperating effectively with officers and crew members. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same rank and same type of vessel.
•  Valid CoC/CoP certificates, as applicable to the position. 
•  CoC/CoP must be valid for at least 18 months. 
•  All travelling/seafarer documents must be valid for at least 12 months. 
•  Valid STCW certificates, where applicable. 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate. 
•  Valid passport and seafarer's documents. 
•  Suitable experience on bulk carriers. 
•  Indonesian seafarers.
