Location: International Waters / Bulk Carrier (Capesize, Panamax)
Spectrum Marine and Ship Management Inc. is urgently hiring qualified seafarers for Bulk Carrier vessels (Capesize / Panamax) with planned deployment between March and April 2026. The company is looking for experienced crew members across deck, engine, and catering departments. Candidates must hold valid maritime certificates and demonstrate strong professionalism and safety awareness while working onboard large bulk vessels.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation, engineering operations, and maintenance of the vessel according to international maritime regulations
• Performing duties assigned according to rank and department onboard
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Maintaining operational logs, equipment checks, and routine maintenance tasks
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience on Bulk Carrier vessels (Capesize / Panamax) preferred
• Complete and valid maritime documents
• Contract Duration: As per company rotation policy
