Hiring for Bulk Carrier Vessel

Job Description:
Varatama Global Mandiri is recruiting qualified and experienced crew members for Bulk Carrier vessels operating on foreign-going routes. Multiple vacancies are available across the deck, engine, and catering departments.
Candidates must have their original and valid documents available and not held by another agency. Previous experience in the same rank and on the same type of vessel is mandatory. Experience on foreign-going vessels and with mixed-nationality crews is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform assigned deck, engine room, maintenance, catering, or housekeeping duties according to rank.
Support safe and efficient Bulk Carrier operations, including cargo and deck activities.
Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and equipment checks as required.
Follow onboard safety procedures, company policies, and international maritime regulations.
Work effectively and professionally as part of a multinational mixed crew.

Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
All documents must be on hand and not held by another agency.
Documents must have minimum 18 months validity.
Good command of English.
Good knowledge, professional attitude, and strong safety awareness.
Previous experience in the same rank and on Bulk Carrier vessels is mandatory.
Previous experience on foreign-going vessels is required.
Previous experience working with a mixed-nationality crew is required.
Valid passport and seafarer's documentation.
