Job Description
Phoenixia Maritime Ships Ltd. is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Arab seafarers for various positions across its global fleet.
The company is looking for experienced maritime professionals for deck, engine, and catering departments. Candidates must have proven maritime experience and meet the minimum experience requirements applicable to their rank.
Jordanian nationals are given priority.

Job Responsibilities
As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank and vessel procedures
- Support safe and efficient vessel operations
- Carry out deck, navigation, engine room, electrical, maintenance, cargo, or catering duties as applicable
- Maintain vessel equipment and working areas in good operational condition
- Participate in maintenance, inspections, drills, and emergency procedures
- Follow company safety, HSE, environmental, and operational procedures
- Maintain operational readiness and proper onboard housekeeping
- Cooperate effectively with the vessel’s crew and management
Requirements
General Requirements
- Arab nationality only
- Jordanian nationals have priority
- Proven maritime experience required
- Minimum experience in the applied rank
- Relevant experience for the position applied for
- Valid maritime certificates and documents required for the assigned rank
- Good communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural maritime environment
Position-Specific Requirements
- Officers and engineers must hold valid rank-appropriate licenses and certificates
- Ratings must hold the required qualifications for their respective positions
- ETO candidates must have relevant electro-technical qualifications
- Catering candidates must have relevant onboard catering experience
