Job Description
PT Arjuna Samudera Indonesia is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join Cement Carrier Vessels operating on international routes.
The company is seeking deck officers, engineering officers, ETOs, deck and engine ratings, and catering crew with relevant Cement Carrier or similar vessel experience.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank and company procedures.
- Support safe Cement Carrier vessel operations.
- Conduct navigational and engine-room watchkeeping as applicable.
- Support cement cargo loading, discharge, handling, and related operations.
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, electrical, deck, and cargo equipment.
- Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Perform mooring, anchoring, deck maintenance, and safety duties.
- Maintain engine-room and deck equipment in safe operating condition.
- Support galley and accommodation services where applicable.
- Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures.
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid travel documents with a minimum validity of 18 months.
- STCW certificates valid for a minimum of 12 months.
- Previous experience onboard Cement Carriers or similar vessel types.
- Proven experience working with multinational crews.
- Good command of English.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid passport and seaman's book.
- Valid SID (Seafarer's Identity Document) preferred.
- All position-specific certificates must be valid and up to date.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
Position-Specific Requirements
Master / Chief Officer / Second Officer / Third Officer
- Valid Deck Officer Certificate of Competency.
- Relevant Cement Carrier or similar vessel experience.
Chief / Second / Third Engineer
- Valid Engineer Certificate of Competency appropriate to the rank.
- Relevant Cement Carrier or similar vessel experience.
ETO
- Valid ETO certification.
- Relevant marine electrical and automation experience.
Bosun / AB / OS
- Valid deck rating certification.
- Relevant Cement Carrier or similar vessel experience.
Fitter / Oiler / Wiper
- Relevant engine-room or mechanical qualifications.
- Previous vessel experience in the same or similar rank.
Chief Cook / Messman
- Previous shipboard catering experience.
- Relevant food hygiene certification where applicable.
