Job Description
Dese Crew Management is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join a Bulk Carrier vessel of approximately 40,000 GRT.
The company is seeking experienced deck officers, engine-room personnel, ratings, and catering crew. Candidates must have proven experience in the same position and onboard similar vessels, valid maritime documents, and fluent English communication skills.

Deck Department
- Second Officer (2/O) — USD 3,000/month
- Third Officer (3/O) — USD 2,500/month

Engine Department
- Third Engineer (3/E) — USD 3,000/month
- Fourth Engineer (4/E) — USD 2,500/month
- Fitter — USD 2,000/month
- Oiler — USD 1,400/month
- Wiper — USD 1,000/month
Catering Department
- Cook — USD 2,000/month
- Steward / Messman — USD 1,032/month
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to rank and company procedures.
- Support safe navigation and bulk carrier operations.
- Conduct navigational watchkeeping and deck activities as applicable.
- Assist with cargo loading, discharge, mooring, and anchoring operations.
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and deck equipment.
- Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and repairs.
- Maintain engine-room and deck equipment in safe operating condition.
- Prepare meals and support accommodation services where applicable.
- Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures.
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Proven experience in the same position onboard similar Bulk Carrier vessels.
- All seafarer documents must be valid for a minimum of 1.5 years.
- Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position.
- Valid Certificate of Competency / Certificate of Proficiency where applicable.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude and commitment to safe maritime operations.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
Position-Specific Requirements
Second Officer / Third Officer
- Valid Deck Officer CoC appropriate to the rank.
- Relevant Bulk Carrier experience.
Third / Fourth Engineer
- Valid Engineer CoC appropriate to the position.
- Relevant engine-room experience on Bulk Carriers.
Bosun
- Valid deck rating certification.
- Previous Bosun / senior AB experience preferred.
Fitter / Oiler / Wiper
- Relevant engine-room or mechanical qualifications.
- Proven vessel maintenance experience.
Cook
- Previous shipboard Cook experience.
- Relevant food safety / hygiene certification where applicable.
Steward / Messman
- Previous shipboard catering or accommodation-service experience preferred.
- Strong hygiene and housekeeping standards.
