Job Description
Dese Crew Management is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join a Crude Oil Aframax Tanker with approximately 60,000 GRT.
The company is seeking experienced deck and engine ratings with proven experience in the same position and onboard similar vessels. Candidates must have valid seafarer documents and strong English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank and company procedures.
- Support safe crude oil tanker and cargo operations.
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, deck maintenance, and cargo handling.
- Support cargo pump and tank-related operations where applicable.
- Carry out engine-room maintenance, lubrication, and machinery support duties.
- Maintain assigned equipment and working areas.
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures.
- Follow SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE requirements.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the contract.
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the same position onboard similar vessels.
- Previous experience on Crude Oil Tankers / Aframax vessels preferred.
- All seafarer documents must be valid for a minimum of 1.5 years.
- Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position.
- Valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) where applicable.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
Position-Specific Requirements
Able Seaman (AB)
- Valid AB Certificate of Proficiency.
- Proven tanker deck experience.
Pumpman
- Proven Pumpman experience on Oil Tankers.
- Knowledge of cargo pumping and tanker operations.
Ordinary Seaman (OS)
- Relevant deck rating certification.
- Previous tanker or merchant vessel experience preferred.
Fitter
- Relevant mechanical/fitter qualification.
- Proven vessel maintenance experience.
Oiler
- Valid engine-rating certification.
- Previous engine-room experience onboard tankers preferred.
Messman
- Previous shipboard catering or accommodation-service experience preferred.
- Good hygiene and housekeeping standards.
