Job Description
PT DESE Crew Management is currently recruiting experienced maritime crew to join VLCC vessels operating on SOH (Strait of Hormuz) transit routes.
Candidates are required to be experienced in their respective ranks and available for ASAP joining. Salary is negotiable depending on rank and experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and company procedures
- Support safe navigation, cargo operations, and vessel operations
- Carry out deck, engine room, maintenance, and cargo-related duties as applicable
- Ensure compliance with onboard safety procedures and company HSE standards
- Participate in emergency drills, toolbox meetings, and vessel inspections
- Maintain operational readiness and equipment in good working condition
- Work effectively as part of a multinational crew
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same rank onboard VLCC vessels
- Relevant tanker experience preferred
- Valid STCW certificates and rank-specific qualifications
- Valid passport, seaman’s book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to join on short notice / ASAP

Salary & Bonus
- Salary: Negotiable
- Top 4 crew members: USD 20,000 bonus per transit, in addition to regular wages
- Other crew members: USD 12,500 bonus per transit, in addition to regular wages
