Job Description
AF Maritim Resources is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers for Oil-Chemical Tanker vessels trading within the Regional Asia area.
We are looking for experienced crew members across deck, engine, electrical and catering departments. Candidates must have previous Oil-Chemical Tanker experience, hold valid maritime certificates and meet the specific certification requirements for their rank.
AOT & ACT certificates are mandatory for all Officers and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform all responsibilities associated with the assigned rank in accordance with company procedures.
- Support safe and efficient Oil-Chemical Tanker operations.
- Conduct navigation, cargo, deck, engine-room, electrical or catering duties as applicable.
- Participate in cargo handling, tank, pumping, mooring and loading/discharging operations where required.
- Maintain machinery, equipment and operational systems in safe working condition.
- Carry out planned maintenance, inspections and routine operational tasks.
- Participate in toolbox meetings, drills, emergency response and safety activities.
- Follow company HSE procedures, ISM requirements and applicable maritime regulations.
- Maintain high standards of safety, discipline and professionalism onboard.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous Oil-Chemical Tanker experience – mandatory.
- Relevant experience in the same or similar rank.
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid COC/COP and relevant endorsements where required.
- Valid AOT & ACT certificates – mandatory for Officers and Engineers.
- Valid Seaman's Book and passport.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Good command of English.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational crew.
- Availability to join during October–December 2026.
Position-Specific Requirements
Master / Chief Officer / 2nd Officer / 3rd Officer
- Valid CoC appropriate to rank.
- Proven Oil-Chemical Tanker experience.
- AOT & ACT certificates mandatory.
- Relevant tanker cargo and safety experience.
Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer / 4th Engineer
- Valid Engineering CoC appropriate to rank.
- Proven Oil-Chemical Tanker experience.
- AOT & ACT certificates mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of tanker machinery and engine-room operations.
ETO / ETR
- Relevant electro-technical qualification/certification.
- Previous Oil-Chemical Tanker experience.
- Appropriate STCW certification.
Bosun / Pumpman / AB
- Valid relevant deck rating certification.
- Previous Oil-Chemical Tanker experience.
- Experience with deck, mooring, cargo or pumping operations as applicable.
Oiler
- Valid engine-room rating certification as applicable.
- Previous tanker or engine-room experience preferred.
Cook / Messman / Steward
- Relevant shipboard catering or hospitality experience.
- Appropriate food-handling and hygiene qualifications where required.
- Ability to maintain high standards of galley and accommodation services.
