Job Description
RAFSHA MARINE SERVICES PVT. LTD. is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced crew members to join a 72,000 GRT Oil Tanker.
The company is seeking experienced deck and engine ratings, as well as catering personnel. Candidates should have previous experience onboard similar Oil Tanker vessels and hold valid certificates and maritime documents relevant to their position.
Open Positions
Deck Department
- Bosun — USD 1,800–2,200/month
- Able Seaman (AB) — USD 1,500–1,700/month — 3 positions
- Pumpman — USD 1,800–2,200/month
Engine Department
- Oiler — USD 1,500–1,700/month — 3 positions
- Wiper — USD 600–900/month
Catering Department
- Cook — USD 1,500–2,000/month
Job Responsibilities
As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform assigned duties according to rank and vessel procedures
- Support safe deck, cargo, engine room, and accommodation operations
- Participate in mooring, anchoring, cargo, and maintenance activities as applicable
- Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and equipment readiness
- Support safe tanker operations in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions onboard
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Follow HSE, environmental, and maritime safety requirements
- Work effectively as part of a multinational crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience onboard similar Oil Tanker vessels
- Relevant experience in the same rank preferred
- Valid certificates and maritime documents relevant to the applied position
- Valid passport and Seaman’s Book
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Good communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international crew environment
Position-Specific Requirements
Wiper
- Minimum 12–15 months of experience on similar vessels
Cook
- Previous onboard catering experience
- Continental cuisine experience required
AB / Oiler
- Previous experience in the same rank onboard similar Oil Tanker vessels
Bosun / Pumpman
- Relevant tanker experience preferred
- Good knowledge of assigned deck and cargo-related duties
