Job Description
Tangar Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join its existing fleet and newly acquired vessels operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support vessel navigation, cargo operations, engine room management, maintenance activities, tanker operations, safety compliance, and onboard services while ensuring adherence to international maritime regulations and company operational standards.
This opportunity is ideal for maritime professionals with previous LPG Carrier or Oil/Chemical Tanker experience and strong technical knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
Deck Department
- Conduct navigational watchkeeping duties
- Support cargo loading, discharge, and tanker operations
- Perform deck maintenance and preservation work
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations
- Assist with mooring and anchoring operations
Engine Department
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs
- Monitor engine room performance and safety systems
- Maintain engineering records and reports
- Ensure efficient vessel operations
Catering Department
- Prepare meals for officers and crew
- Maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage food stores and provisions
- Support crew welfare onboard
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Previous experience in the same rank preferred
- LPG Carrier or Oil/Chemical Tanker experience preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in multinational crew environments
Officer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to rank
- Relevant tanker endorsements where applicable
- Previous tanker vessel experience preferred
Engineering Requirements
- Valid engineering licenses and endorsements
- Experience with tanker vessel machinery and systems preferred
