LAPA Crewing is currently recruiting experienced officers, ratings, crane/excavator operators, and engineering crew for a range of maritime assignments onboard LNG, LPG, VLGC, FSU, Oil/Chemical Tankers, and general cargo vessels.
Candidates must have relevant experience in the applied rank and vessel type and hold valid certificates. EU citizenship or valid EU residence is required for positions where specified.
General Cargo Vessels
LNG & VLGC – Fully Refrigerated / Dual-Fuel Engines
FSU LNG Conversion Project
IMO Class I/II – 25,000–38,000 DWT
Depending on the assigned rank and vessel type, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform navigation, watchkeeping, cargo, engineering, or deck duties according to rank
• Support safe vessel operations and cargo handling activities
• Operate and maintain marine machinery and technical equipment
• Perform planned maintenance and routine inspections
• Support loading, discharge, mooring, towing, lifting, and offshore operations as applicable
• Maintain compliance with ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and company procedures
• Follow all vessel-specific safety and operational requirements
• Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• Maintain operational readiness and accurate documentation
• Relevant experience in the same rank is mandatory
• Previous experience on the same or similar vessel type required
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
• All certificates must be valid and up to date

2nd Officer – LNG ME-GI
Officers – FSU LNG Conversion Project
Master / CO / 2O / 3E / 4E – Oil/Chemical Tankers

• Trading Areas: Europe / Worldwide
• Contract Duration: Depending on vessel and position
• Rotation: 2 ± 1 months for selected Europe assignments
