Job Description
PACC Shipping Phils. Inc. is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join its fleet of Bulk Carriers and Multi-Purpose Vessels operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will be responsible for vessel navigation, cargo operations, engine room management, maintenance activities, and onboard services while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support safe navigation and cargo operations
- Maintain vessel machinery, equipment, and deck systems
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard training
- Maintain operational readiness and efficiency onboard
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months onboard experience in the same rank and vessel type
- Previous Bulk Carrier or MPV experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- All certificates and documents must remain valid throughout the contract period
