Job Description:
Universal Leadership Shipping Co., Ltd. is urgently recruiting experienced ratings and catering personnel for VLCC, Aframax, LNG and LPG vessels. The company offers competitive basic salaries together with an additional USD 1,100 bonus per trip.
The positions are intended for qualified seafarers seeking long-term employment and career opportunities onboard tanker and gas vessels. Additional compensation may apply for war-zone transits and extended service periods.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and assigned rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform deck, engine-room, cargo support, maintenance, and watchkeeping duties according to rank.
Assist with safe tanker and gas vessel operations, equipment maintenance, and onboard activities.
Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of assigned machinery and equipment.
Support deck operations, mooring, cargo operations, and other shipboard activities as required.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, teamwork, and compliance with vessel procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Valid Seaman's Book and relevant professional documents.
Proven experience in the applied rank.
Previous experience on VLCC, Aframax, LNG or LPG vessels is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform duties in various working conditions.
Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively within a multicultural crew.
Rank-specific certificates and qualifications as required.

Salary & Earnings:
Pumpman: USD 2,200 basic + USD 1,100 bonus = USD 3,300 total per trip
Bosun / Fitter / Chief Cook: USD 1,900 basic + USD 1,100 bonus = USD 3,000 total per trip
AB / Motorman: USD 1,800 basic + USD 1,100 bonus = USD 2,900 total per trip
OS: USD 1,228 basic + USD 1,100 bonus = USD 2,328 total per trip
Messman: USD 1,168 basic + USD 1,100 bonus = USD 2,268 total per trip
HRA: As per Arnold/Harmouth Standard
War Zone Allowance: USD 1,200 per transit
Extended Service: USD 2,400 if service reaches 2 months
