Key Responsibilities:
As per company and flag state regulations, the main duties for each rank may include but are not limited to:
· Officers (Deck & Engine): Ensuring the safe operation, navigation, engineering watchkeeping, cargo handling (specific to tanker/bulk operations), maintenance, and strict compliance with safety, security, and environmental protection procedures.
· Ratings (Deck & Engine): Performing assigned operational, maintenance, cleaning, and watchkeeping duties safely and efficiently under the supervision of officers.

For TANKER Vessels:
· Deck: 2 x Masters, 2 x Chief Mates, 5 x Able Seamen (ABs)
· Engine: 3 x Chief Engineers, 3 x 2nd Engineers, 2 x 3rd Engineers, 3 x Oilers, 3 x Fitters, 2x Cook , Cadets
· Electro-Technical: 5 x Electro-Technical Officers (ETOs)
For BULK CARRIER Vessels:
· Deck: 2 x Masters, 2 x Chief Mates
· Engine: 3 x 2nd Engineers, 2 x 3rd Engineers, 2 x 4th Engineers, 2 x Oilers, 4 x Fitters
· Electro-Technical: 2 x Electro-Technical Officers (ETOs)

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates, including all necessary endorsements for the applied position (e.g., Tanker Familiarization / Advanced Training for tanker roles).
· Valid medical fitness certificate, including drug & alcohol screening.
· Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
· Relevant experience in the applied rank on the specific vessel type (Tanker or Bulk Carrier).
· Seafarer's documentation and passport in order.
