Job Description:
STM Ship Management is urgently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join our fleet. We are hiring for multiple Officer and Rating positions onboard our tanker vessels. This is an excellent opportunity for competent professionals holding valid Indian COC and STCW certifications. Candidates must have relevant tanker experience to be considered for these roles.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Performing duties in accordance with the position held (Deck or Engine) and standing orders.
Ensuring safe navigation, cargo operations, and maintenance of the vessel.
Complying with all safety, environmental, and company procedures.
Maintaining equipment and machinery in good working order.
Participating in safety drills and emergency response activities.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates (all required courses as per Indian regulations).
Valid Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
White COC Holders Only (Unrestricted Certificate of Competency).
Valid Indian COP (Continuous Discharge Certificate) Mandatory.
Relevant Tanker Experience is Mandatory.
