Alster International Shipping Services Inc. is recruiting crew members for upcoming tanker vessel deployments in early August 2026. The recruitment campaign covers a complete tanker crew, including deck officers, engine officers and ratings, deck ratings, and catering personnel.
US Visa is required for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform duties according to the assigned rank and tanker vessel procedures.
Ensure safe navigation, cargo operations, engine room operations, and maintenance activities as applicable.
Follow tanker safety procedures and international maritime regulations.
Maintain vessel equipment, machinery, and working areas in safe operational condition.
Cooperate with the onboard crew to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Medical fitness certificate
Valid Seaman's Book
Proficiency in English communication
Relevant experience in the applied rank
Previous tanker vessel experience where applicable
Valid US Visa – mandatory for all applicants
Valid rank-specific certificates and documents
