Job Description:

A shipping company is currently recruiting qualified maritime professionals to join steam turbine LNG tanker vessels operating on international routes. The vessel is equipped with steam turbine propulsion systems, requiring experienced crew members familiar with LNG operations and specialized engineering systems.

The company is seeking experienced seafarers across deck, engine, and catering departments who are capable of maintaining safe vessel operations, supporting LNG cargo handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with international maritime and safety regulations.

Candidates must have previous experience in the same rank and vessel type, as well as experience working with steam turbine propulsion systems.

• Able Seaman (AB) – USD 1,700
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) – USD 1,000

• 3rd Engineer – USD 5,200
• 4th Engineer – USD 4,100
• Gas Engineer – USD 7,500
• Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) – USD 6,500
• Fitter – USD 2,200
• Oiler – USD 1,700

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supporting safe LNG cargo operations and vessel navigation
• Operating and maintaining steam turbine propulsion systems and onboard machinery
• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of vessel equipment
• Ensuring compliance with international maritime safety and environmental regulations
• Performing duties according to the assigned rank and department responsibilities

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates (COC and COP as per STCW 2010)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Fluent English communication
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same rank and vessel type
• Previous experience with steam turbine systems is required
• Maritime documents valid for minimum 18 months
