Job Description

PT. King Salman Mandiri is urgently recruiting experienced seafarers to join a Ro-Ro Car Carrier vessel operating in Europe. We are seeking qualified officers and ratings with proven Ro-Ro experience, valid documentation, and readiness for immediate deployment.

Open Positions & Salary Packages

Deck Department

• 2nd Officer – USD 3,800 + Bonus
• 3rd Officer – USD 3,000 + Bonus
• Bosun – USD 2,200 + Bonus + Overtime
• Able Seaman (AB 1 / AB 2 / AB 3) – USD 1,650 + Bonus + Overtime
• Ordinary Seaman (OS 1 / OS 2) – USD 1,300 + Bonus + Overtime

Engine Department

• 3rd Engineer – USD 3,800 + Bonus
• 4th Engineer – USD 3,000 + Bonus
• Fitter – USD 2,200 + Bonus + Overtime
• Oiler 1 – USD 1,500 + Bonus + Overtime
• Oiler 2 – USD 1,650 + Bonus + Overtime
• Wiper – USD 1,300 + Bonus + Overtime

Catering Department

• Messman – USD 1,300 + Bonus + Overtime

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Schengen Visa
• Up-to-date seafarer documents
• Good English communication skills
• Mandatory experience on Ro-Ro vessels
• Good knowledge, professional attitude, and strong work ethic
