Navilands Marine Inc. is urgently hiring qualified and experienced crew members for PCTC (Pure Car and Truck Carrier) vessel operations. Candidates with previous PCTC, Ro-Ro, or cargo vessel experience and valid maritime certifications are encouraged to apply for immediate deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and engine operations onboard PCTC vessels
• Cargo handling and securing operations for vehicle transportation
• Maintenance of deck, engine, and electrical systems
• Compliance with international maritime safety and environmental regulations
• Supporting daily onboard operations and teamwork within multinational crews

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous PCTC / Ro-Ro / cargo vessel experience preferred
• Valid seafarer documents and certifications
• Relevant trade certification for technical positions where applicable
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural crew environments
