SPECTRUM MARINE AND SHIP MANAGEMENT INC. is looking for qualified seafarers to join our Oil/Chemical Tanker operations. The successful candidates will be assigned to our fleet of tankers, ensuring safe navigation, cargo handling, and adherence to company and international maritime standards. Work is conducted under standard offshore shipping conditions, with rotations according to contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist in navigation and ship operations (Officers)
• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment (Engine/Deck crew)
• Perform cargo handling and tank operations (Pumpman/Engine crew)
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain shipboard records, logs, and reports

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Filipino nationality preferred
• Relevant experience in similar position or vessel type
