Job Description:
A vessel takeover project is currently underway for a 7,200 DWT chemical oil tanker, with immediate joining required in Istanbul. The company is seeking experienced crew members across multiple ranks to support the safe operation and management of the vessel. This is a full crew deployment opportunity on a chemical/oil tanker, requiring prior tanker experience and the ability to work in an international maritime environment. Candidates must be prepared for demanding onboard conditions and strict safety compliance associated with tanker operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe navigation, cargo handling, and engine operations in compliance with maritime regulations
• Maintaining vessel equipment and systems in optimal working condition
• Supporting cargo operations, including handling of oil and chemical products
• Adhering to safety, environmental, and operational procedures onboard
• Effective communication and coordination with multinational crew members
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience on Oil / Chemical tankers
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
