Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and cargo operations of the vessel
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of ship machinery and cranes
• Execution of repairs and welding works when required
• Cooperation with European officers and multinational crew
• Compliance with international safety and environmental standards
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience with European crew preferred
• Experience with Wärtsilä engines is an advantage but not mandatory
• Knowledge of vessel electrical systems and crane troubleshooting
• Welding skills required
• Familiarity with 24-hour engine room watch schedule is an advantage
