DESE Crew Management is urgently hiring crew members to join General Cargo vessels for international trading.
The vessels operate worldwide, offering stable contracts and competitive salaries. Candidates must have previous experience on similar vessel types, valid STCW documentation, and good English communication skills. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing rank-specific deck, engine, or catering duties
• Safe operation and maintenance of vessel equipment
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Supporting cargo operations and daily vessel routines

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience on the same vessel type
• Valid STCW certificates (minimum 18 months validity)
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Fluent English communication skills
• Holding valid USA Visa or Schengen Visa
