Job Description:
Dese Crew Management is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join General Cargo vessels (GT 15,000+). We are looking for motivated crew members with proven experience in the same rank who are ready to join an international fleet.
Candidates must hold a valid Schengen Visa and possess valid seafarer documents. Strong English communication skills and previous experience in the applied position are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing duties according to rank while ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations.
- Maintaining compliance with company procedures and international maritime regulations.
- Participating in maintenance, cargo operations, and routine inspections.
- Supporting emergency preparedness and onboard safety initiatives.
- Working effectively as part of a multicultural crew.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Good English communication skills (mandatory).
- Valid Schengen Visa (mandatory).
- Valid seafarer documents with a minimum validity of 1.5 years.
- Proven experience in the same position and on similar vessel types.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
