CREWBENEFIT INC. is urgently hiring qualified and experienced seafarers for a Crude Suezmax Tanker scheduled for deployment in the second week of December 2025.
The project involves joining a modern crude oil tanker operating under international standards, requiring competent deck and engine crew with tanker experience.

Candidates will work under safe operations, strict compliance with ISM/ISPS, and good working conditions onboard a large Suezmax tanker.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary by rank, but may include:
 • Safe navigation, mooring, cargo handling, and watchkeeping operations
 • Operation and maintenance of main/auxiliary engines, pumps, and engine room systems
 • Compliance with tanker safety procedures (ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS)
 • Participation in emergency and safety drills
 • Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and reporting

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates and tanker endorsements (Tanker Familiarization / Advanced Oil Tanker)
 • Valid Medical Certificate (MLC/ILO)
 • English communication skills
 • Minimum required experience on crude/oil tankers for the rank applied
 • Valid passport, seaman’s book, and travel documents
