Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified seafarers to join IMO II Chemical Tankers (7,000 DWT) for three newly built vessels. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced officers and ratings with CPP tanker experience to work on modern chemical tankers operating in international trade. Applicants with international sea service are encouraged to apply. A valid Schengen visa is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing duties according to the assigned onboard position.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
- Maintaining compliance with company procedures, ISM Code, and international maritime regulations.
- Carrying out maintenance and operational tasks related to the assigned department.
- Working effectively as part of a multicultural crew.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- International sea-going experience.
- Preferred: Valid Schengen Visa.
- Relevant certificates and endorsements for the applied position.
- Experience on CPP tankers:
- Second Officer: Combined minimum 12 months in rank on CPP tankers.
- Third Officer: Minimum 12 months in rank on CPP tankers.
- Third Engineer: Minimum 12 months in rank on CPP tankers.
- Able Seaman: Minimum 30 months in rank on CPP tankers.
- Fitter / Motorman: Minimum 12 months in rank on CPP tankers.
- Oiler: Minimum 12 months in rank on CPP tankers.
- Wiper: Minimum 12 months in rank on CPP tankers.
Employment Details:
- Vessel Type: IMO II Chemical Tanker (7,000 DWT).
- Fleet: Three newly built vessels.
- Contract Duration: To be advised.
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience. (Fitter / Motorman: USD 2,600 as advertised.)
