DESE Crew Management is looking for qualified and experienced seafarers for Chemical / Oil Tanker Vessels. We are seeking dedicated professionals with valid certificates, good English skills, and a positive attitude. Only qualified candidates will be processed.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Boatswain / AB:

· Supervision of deck crew, mooring operations, and routine maintenance
· Deck watchkeeping and compliance with safety management systems

Oiler:

· Engine room watchkeeping, lubrication, and maintenance of mechanical equipment

OS (Ordinary Seaman):

· Assistance with deck operations, watchkeeping, and routine maintenance

Pumpman:

· Cargo loading, discharge, and monitoring operations on chemical/oil tankers

Fitter:

· Welding, fitting, and mechanical repairs of engine room and deck equipment

Messman:

· Catering support, cleaning, and mess room duties

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid certificates as per STCW 2010 – mandatory
· Minimum 2 contracts on similar vessel (Chemical / Oil Tanker) – mandatory
· All documents valid minimum 18 months – mandatory
· Good English & good attitude – mandatory
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
