Job Description:
We are currently building a candidate pool for future crew rotations on Car Carrier / Ro-Ro vessels operating in the Baltic Sea and North Sea. Recruitment is conducted occasionally depending on vessel availability and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing assigned operational and maintenance tasks according to rank and department
• Assisting with cargo operations on Car Carrier / Ro-Ro vessels
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maritime regulations
• Maintaining equipment, deck, and engine areas as required
• Supporting daily vessel operations under the supervision of senior officers
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Residence in Poland
• Experience on merchant vessels
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation
