Navilands Marine, Inc. is urgently hiring qualified seafarers for Panamax vessels with deployment in November. The company is seeking competent officers and crew members to join its international fleet. Candidates must possess valid certifications and experience relevant to their rank.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe navigation, engine operation, and cargo handling according to international maritime standards.
• Conducting maintenance and repair of ship machinery, systems, and safety equipment.
• Supervising crew operations and ensuring compliance with company and IMO safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and communication with vessel and shore management.
• Supporting efficient and safe voyage execution in all weather and operational conditions.
