Job Description:
BSM Crew Service Centre Philippines, Inc., a member of the Schulte Group, is urgently recruiting experienced officers and ratings for Bulk Carrier and Container Vessel fleets. Immediate deployment opportunities are available for qualified candidates with valid maritime certifications and relevant experience. Some engine department positions require a valid US Visa. Walk-in applications are welcome at the company's Manila office.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform navigational, cargo handling, engineering, or maintenance duties according to assigned rank.
Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations in compliance with company procedures and international maritime regulations.
Maintain onboard equipment, machinery, and safety systems.
Participate in emergency drills and promote a strong safety culture onboard.
Work effectively with multinational crew members to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) for licensed officer positions
Previous experience in the same rank and on a similar vessel type
Valid US Visa (for positions specifically requiring it)
Complete and valid seafarer's documents
Immediate deployment availability is an advantage
