Job Description:
AMMC Management Corporation is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers for Cargo /Container Carrier Vessels. The successful candidates will join vessel operations involving cargo transportation and passenger services, supporting safe navigation, deck operations, engine room activities, and general vessel maintenance.
Available Positions:
AB – with Deck Experience / DOC
OS
Oiler – with Engine Experience / DOC
Deck Cadet
Engine Cadet
Fitter / Welder
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Deck Crew AB / Deck Cadet:
Assist with deck operations, mooring, cargo handling, and vessel maintenance
Support safe loading and unloading operations
Maintain deck equipment and follow safety procedures
Engine Crew Oiler / Engine Cadet:
Assist engineers with engine room operations
Perform machinery checks and maintenance tasks
Support safe operation of vessel machinery and equipment
Fitter / Welder:
Carry out welding, repair, and fabrication works
Assist with vessel maintenance activities
Follow onboard safety and technical procedures
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
Relevant training certificates / documents
Previous experience on Cargo vessels preferred
AB applicants must have deck experience / DOC
Oiler applicants must have engine experience / DOC
Good English communication skills
Ability to work onboard in a multicultural environment
